$136k - $204k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud-based developer infrastructure using AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Develop and maintain GitHub Enterprise CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes.
- Manage AWS infrastructure with Terraform and administer JFrog Artifactory for artifact storage and dependency management.
- Implement configuration management and automation with Ansible and develop operational scripts in Python.
- Build monitoring and alerting solutions with Datadog and optimize system performance, reliability, security, and compliance.
- Collaborate with software, innovation, and silicon teams to streamline deployments and improve release processes.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to other DevOps engineers and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in DevOps, software development, or systems engineering.
- Strong experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Experience with Ansible, Chef, or Puppet for configuration management.
- Familiarity with Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK stack.
- Experience managing GitHub and Artifactory deployments and using Terraform or CloudFormation for infrastructure as code.
- Experience with VMware ESXi or vSphere virtualization platforms.
- Knowledge of networking, security best practices, cloud architecture, and HashiCorp Vault.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle practices, project management, code reviews, pair programming, and continuous improvement.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
