Responsibilities
- Diagnose customer requirements and program objectives, then design solutions aligned with mission needs.
- Architect end-to-end solutions across data models, APIs, user interfaces, integrations, and existing code stacks.
- Use agentic AI tools to prototype, extend, and integrate functionality rapidly.
- Shape technical plans for ambiguous, strategically important projects and collaborate with development teams, stakeholders, and technical leads.
- Facilitate integrations, resolve technical challenges, and prioritize work across multiple programs.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols, government standards, and industry best practices.
- Document technical solutions, design rationale, and architectural decisions.
- Conduct testing to validate performance, scalability, and reliability.
Requirements
- Active Secret security clearance.
- 3–5 years of full-stack development experience in a production environment.
- Experience translating ambiguous requirements into technical designs or architectures.
- Proficiency with agentic AI coding tools and at least one backend language, preferably Python, plus one frontend framework or tool, preferably TypeScript.
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and working with relational and non-relational databases.
- Proficiency with Git, preferably GitLab, and experience with testing, security, DevSecOps, and CI/CD processes.
- Strong communication and influence skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Preferred experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud; Docker and Kubernetes; React, Vue.js, or Angular; Terraform and Ansible; and ETL or real-time data pipelines.
- Preferred security certifications include Security+ or CISSP.
- Advanced agentic AI workflow, Agile/SAFe, architectural planning, and innovative solution-design experience are desirable.
