Base Salary

$181k - $248k/yr

Responsibilities

Lead impactful customer technical projects by delivering production-grade systems.
Guide strategic customers in implementing big data projects from design to deployment.
Advise customers on architecture and design to enhance their understanding and adoption of Databricks.
Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with customer needs and best practices.
Collaborate with technical teams to meet customer requirements and resolve issues.
Engage with stakeholders to understand challenges and deliver impactful solutions.
Contribute to reusable assets and best practices that influence the Databricks product roadmap.

6+ years of experience in data engineering, data platforms, or software engineering.
Proficient in coding with Python, Scala, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frameworks.
Familiar with at least one major Cloud ecosystem (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Deep experience with Apache Spark™ and its runtime internals.
Knowledge of CI/CD processes for production deployments.
Experience with MLOps and AI model integration.
Proven ability to manage technical project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
Strong documentation and white-boarding skills.
Experience working with enterprise clients and managing conflicts.
Willingness to travel to customers 20% of the time.
Databricks Certification is preferred.
