Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the full-stack platform for computational chemists, including data exploration, experiment management, visualization, and AI-native workflows.
- Build tools for visualizing molecules and proteins, analyzing machine learning models, and managing complex chemical workflows.
- Partner with machine learning engineers and computational chemists to develop and productionize computational methods for molecular property prediction.
- Scale data infrastructure to support billions of datapoints and thousands of parallel deep learning and molecular dynamics jobs.
- Ship production code and drive projects end-to-end with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- Experience shipping production software and driving projects end-to-end with minimal hand-holding.
- Ability to work across frontend interfaces, backend services, data pipelines, and infrastructure.
- Strong architectural thinking, attention to detail, investigative curiosity, and first-principles reasoning.
- Interest in the intersection of software engineering, drug discovery, and machine learning.
