Responsibilities

Own and evolve the full-stack platform for computational chemists, including data exploration, experiment management, visualization, and AI-native workflows.
Build tools for visualizing molecules and proteins, analyzing machine learning models, and managing complex chemical workflows.
Partner with machine learning engineers and computational chemists to develop and productionize computational methods for molecular property prediction.
Scale data infrastructure to support billions of datapoints and thousands of parallel deep learning and molecular dynamics jobs.
Ship production code and drive projects end-to-end with minimal supervision.

Experience shipping production software and driving projects end-to-end with minimal hand-holding.
Ability to work across frontend interfaces, backend services, data pipelines, and infrastructure.
Strong architectural thinking, attention to detail, investigative curiosity, and first-principles reasoning.
Interest in the intersection of software engineering, drug discovery, and machine learning.
