Base Salary
$178k - $276k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define long-term software design, implementation, documentation, and mobile architecture strategies.
- Create and implement technology roadmaps, standards, methodologies, processes, guidelines, and governance for software delivery.
- Architect, implement, and review large system implementations and produce audience-appropriate visuals.
- Guide product reviews, RFP participation, proofs of concept, and enterprise-level solution architecture decisions.
- Drive adoption of standardized software delivery practices while balancing innovation, security, compliance, and cost.
- Partner with engineering, product, marketing, design, and senior leaders to modernize the mobile ecosystem.
- Mentor, coach, and train software, solution delivery, and technology professionals.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies through exploration and proof-of-concept efforts.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of software engineering and/or application architecture experience.
- Bachelor’s degree, or two additional years of relevant training or experience in lieu of the degree.
- Deep knowledge of cloud service offerings, containers, orchestration, and microservices as applied to enterprise software delivery.
- Experience designing, developing, and delivering user experiences for business and technical audiences.
- Experience presenting clearly to different audiences and creating policy and governance resources for technology delivery.
- Experience architecting, implementing, and reviewing large system implementations and guiding technology proofs of concept.
- High school diploma or equivalent and minimum age of 18.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Preferred qualifications include Microsoft Office proficiency, technology leadership or mentoring experience, knowledge of COBIT, TOGAF, or IT4IT, familiarity with data privacy, compliance, and security principles, business acumen including RFP participation and product delivery, and background in product delivery, technical architectures, application development, middleware, and database management.
