Base Salary
$178k - $276k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define long-term software design, implementation, documentation, and mobile architecture strategies across the enterprise.
- Create and implement technology roadmaps, standards, methodologies, processes, governance resources, and software delivery guidelines.
- Architect, implement, and review large system implementations, including mobile experiences across iOS and Android.
- Guide product reviews, RFP participation, proofs of concept, and enterprise-level architecture decisions.
- Partner with engineering, product, marketing, and design leaders to modernize and unify mobile platforms.
- Balance innovation, security, compliance, quality, speed to market, and cost in architecture decisions.
- Mentor, coach, and train software, solution delivery, and technology professionals.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies and drive continuous improvement in software delivery.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of software engineering and/or application architecture experience.
- Bachelor’s degree, or two additional years of relevant training or experience in lieu of the degree.
- Deep knowledge of cloud service offerings, containers, orchestration, and microservices in enterprise software delivery.
- Experience designing, developing, delivering, architecting, implementing, and reviewing large systems and producing audience-appropriate visuals.
- Experience creating technology delivery policies and governance resources and guiding technology proofs of concept.
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Preferred qualifications include Microsoft Office proficiency, technology leadership or mentoring experience, knowledge of COBIT, TOGAF, or IT4IT, familiarity with data privacy, compliance, and security principles, business acumen, RFP participation, product delivery, application development, middleware, and database management.
