Responsibilities
- Own the technical health of the marketing website, including page speed, WCAG compliance, Google Tag Manager, technical SEO, and third-party integrations.
- Maintain reliable integrations between the marketing website, Salesforce, Customer.io, HubSpot, and the broader go-to-market stack.
- Build and maintain frontend form submission experiences, including form UI, field configuration, and validation.
- Improve lead-capture reliability by building monitoring and alerting, investigating failures, and driving root-cause resolution.
- Implement frontend functionality in Framer and partner with Web Design on component structures, build patterns, and custom interactions.
- Set and manage the technical roadmap, document plans, prioritize work, and make shipping-versus-durability tradeoffs.
- Coordinate concurrent workstreams such as integration builds, blog migrations, and experimentation dependencies.
- Identify and reduce technical debt across the marketing stack.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of full-stack engineering experience with clear ownership of production systems.
- Daily production coding experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript in a marketing website context.
- Strong JavaScript and productive Python skills.
- Experience designing, owning, and debugging webhook-based integrations and production data pipelines.
- Experience with Framer or a similar component-based visual web CMS.
- Deep hands-on experience with B2B marketing stacks, including CRMs, marketing automation platforms, Google Tag Manager, and A/B testing tools.
- Experience with reverse ETL or data synchronization platforms such as Hightouch or Census.
- Ability to turn ambiguous requirements from non-technical stakeholders into technical plans and ship end to end independently.
- Ability to explain technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders and engineering partners.
- Bonus: familiarity with Google Pub/Sub or event-driven pipeline architecture.
- Bonus: experience with Optimizely, VWO, or similar web experimentation platforms.
- Bonus: background at a product-led growth company.
