Responsibilities
- Architect and govern large-scale cloud environments on AWS.
- Drive infrastructure automation using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
- Establish engineering best practices across DevOps, DevSecOps, platform engineering, site reliability engineering, and cloud security.
- Provide strategic leadership for cloud-native architectures, CI/CD platforms, Kubernetes ecosystems, observability, monitoring, reliability engineering, and operational excellence.
- Champion emerging technologies including artificial intelligence, generative AI, agentic AI, MLOps, AIOps, intelligent automation, and AI-assisted software development.
- Integrate AI and automation into the application and software development lifecycle.
- Partner with executives, architects, engineering teams, security organizations, and business stakeholders on roadmaps, governance, modernization, and technology investments.
- Mentor senior engineers and drive enterprise-wide transformation through secure, scalable, and cost-effective solutions.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in a similar role or related technical leadership positions.
- Advanced or fluent English and the ability to collaborate and communicate with global teams.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Deep technical expertise, strategic vision, leadership influence, and experience delivering secure, scalable, and cost-effective solutions.
