Responsibilities
- Review model results across various media and flag errors.
- Build and maintain high-quality reference datasets.
- Accurately label multi-modal data and perform light preprocessing.
- Run accuracy metrics and trend analyses to gauge model performance.
- Adjust training scripts and parameters to improve model accuracy.
- Refine annotation workflows and document methods and findings.
- Collaborate with ML engineers, product managers, and QA teams.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in data science, AI, or ML.
- Experience in evaluating AI results is strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of AI/ML evaluation techniques.
- Solid analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-directed, organized, and comfortable with ambiguous problem spaces.
