Base Salary
$122k - $158k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship backend or full-stack products for Mercury’s startup customers.
- Take ownership of product development and help shape Mercury’s future.
- Work autonomously and self-organize on small and medium-sized projects.
- Partner with designers and product leaders to deliver customer-focused experiences.
- Use AI tools to accelerate development, improve code quality, and solve difficult problems.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of backend or full-stack development experience.
- Knowledge of or enthusiasm for learning Haskell, React, TypeScript, and Redux.
- Experience building and shipping new products with a strong product mindset.
- Ability to empathize with users and incorporate their perspective into product decisions.
- Ability to balance tradeoffs and develop creative solutions.
- Effective communication and collaboration with peers and cross-functional partners.
