Responsibilities
- Lead customer-focused enterprise and solutions architecture engagements across AI, agent, data, composable, development, governance, and security domains.
- Design architectures involving agent orchestration, agent-to-agent interaction, state and memory, guardrails, testing, and agent capabilities.
- Architect unified customer data, semantic layers, APIs, headless experiences, composable Salesforce extensions, and AI context.
- Work collaboratively across pre-sale and post-sale teams and align C-suite stakeholders around actionable business and technical solutions.
- Resolve platform-fit ambiguity, recover stalled or politically stuck rollouts, and remain engaged through delivery execution.
- Identify ambiguous work and route it to the appropriate architecture domain.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of enterprise or solutions architecture experience with direct influence on senior technical and business stakeholders.
- Deep, credible expertise in at least one of the six stated focus areas.
- Experience using AI tooling to build solutions, learn new skills, and improve work efficiency.
- Fluency across the Salesforce platform or a major alternative or adjacent technology relevant to the focus area.
- A track record of staying engaged through delivery, including recovering stalled or politically stuck work.
- Bachelor's, master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or MIS.
- Preferred qualifications include working knowledge of a second focus area, experience untangling failed enterprise rollouts, and strong visual communication skills for architecture storytelling.

- The typical base salary range is $148,190-$198,170 annually, with a different range of $162,960-$217,980 per year in California, New York, and select metropolitan areas.
