Responsibilities
- Own and deliver a meaningful 12-week project contributing to Juicebox’s product or engineering infrastructure.
- Build and ship production work alongside Juicebox engineers for use by real customers.
- Improve search result quality, ranking, filters, and data sources.
- Develop LLM-powered recruiting capabilities and model-based profile insights.
- Build new product experiences, internal tools, developer-experience improvements, or testing infrastructure.
- Participate in mentorship, intern cohort programming, and an end-of-summer project demo.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field, or possessing equivalent skills developed through personal experience.
- Built something from scratch through coursework, personal projects, research, internships, startups, or open-source contributions.
- Programming experience in at least one language and a solid understanding of core computer science concepts.
- Ability to solve ambiguous problems, learn quickly by building, take ownership, ask thoughtful questions, and seek feedback.
- Care about the people using the software, not only whether the code works.
- Ability to work from Juicebox’s San Francisco office for the full 12-week internship.
