Base Salary
$185k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives throughout Enterprise and Strategic sales cycles, from discovery through close.
- Lead consultative discovery with sophisticated legal buyers and translate workflow problems into credible solution narratives.
- Prepare and deliver tailored, story-driven product demonstrations for legal and technical audiences.
- Recommend combinations of Filevine solutions, including LOIS, to address customer needs.
- Support sales through demos, video and live-demo content, RFP responses, partner conferences, and on-site meetings.
- Build and maintain demo environments for events and sales cycles.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams on talk tracks, use cases, product launches, messaging, and enablement.
- Support internal sales certifications and training programs.
Requirements
- Experience as a legal practitioner, legal operations professional, in-house lawyer, or similar legal-technology practitioner.
- Demonstrated interest in and fluency with legal technology and AI, ideally through knowledge management, innovation projects, or thought leadership.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to translate between technical product teams, marketing, and customer-facing audiences.
- Dynamic storytelling ability and a persuasive, executive-ready presentation style.
- Curious, consultative, problem-solving mindset and comfort working with evolving products and messaging.
- Ability and willingness to travel weekly, with approximately one to three Enterprise or Strategic on-site requests per week.
