Responsibilities
- Build and evolve backend systems for large-scale, multi-tenant SaaS applications.
- Drive scalability improvements for global products and contribute to product evolution based on customer and market needs.
- Provide technical guidance, establish strategic technical direction, and serve as a backend development reference for project teams.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Use AI, LLMs, automation, and design/development tools thoughtfully to improve workflow speed, quality, and clarity.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience building backend systems for large-scale applications.
- Proven experience providing technical guidance, guiding project teams, and establishing strategic technical direction.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages; the team primarily uses C#.
- Academic background preferably in Engineering, such as Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration experience.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese.
- Hands-on, curious approach to AI and responsible use of AI-enabled tools.
