Responsibilities
- Architect, develop and maintain frontend solutions with performance and scalability in mind.
- Design technical architecture and establish frontend development patterns and best practices.
- Leverage AI coding agents and tools to accelerate development and improve code quality.
- Design and maintain reusable AI extensions and custom skills.
- Develop and maintain reusable component libraries and shared modules.
- Collaborate with backend engineers to design and integrate scalable APIs.
- Drive improvements to developer experience and engineering velocity.
- Research and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Continuously improve product quality and user experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related STEM field.
- Solid experience with React and TypeScript in production environments.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools and agents.
- Exposure to or strong interest in building AI-powered features.
- Familiarity with MCP and AI agent extensibility patterns is a plus.
- Strong foundation in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Understanding of front-end packaging workflow and standard development tools.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve cross-browser compatibility issues.
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
