Responsibilities
- Collaborate with an autonomous engineering squad on delegated authorization and session management platforms.
- Design, build, and evolve critical infrastructure for Spotify applications using C++ and Swift.
- Develop secure and reliable delegated authorization flows, including token management.
- Integrate with core authorization services alongside client and backend engineers.
- Enhance the security and management of credentials and access tokens on devices.
- Contribute to the evolution of Spotify's authorization frameworks and protocols.
- Drive technical improvements and share knowledge with teammates.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in C++ and experience with native iOS applications in Swift.
- Experience with security-sensitive systems such as authorization and token management.
- Systems-thinking mindset with a focus on solving complex engineering challenges.
- Solid understanding of software architecture and modern authorization protocols like OAuth 2.0.
- Attention to detail and a focus on building secure and maintainable solutions.
- Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
- Experience with shared cross-platform codebases and native platform interactions.
