Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and deliver custom software components across systems and applications.
- Configure and customize SAP HCM Payroll components and integrate them with other SAP modules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex payroll-related issues while supporting payroll processing and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide effective solutions.
- Work independently, contribute to team discussions, and become a subject matter expert.
- Share knowledge with and provide guidance to junior team members.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to improve software development practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll.
- Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll, including payroll processing and compliance.
- Experience customizing payroll components and integrating with other SAP modules.
- Familiarity with SAP HCM Payroll configuration and enhancement techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex payroll-related issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- 15 years of full-time education.
