Responsibilities
- Design and optimize Mastercard and Visa card issuance systems for high availability, maintainability, scalability, and development efficiency.
- Design and implement card application, card management, reconciliation, and other business subsystems with clear modular boundaries.
- Conduct technical research and innovation to support rapid business development and efficient iteration.
- Build system stability for card application and card management functions.
- Ensure the performance and accuracy of card transaction reconciliation.
- Analyze and design general system modules while collaborating across teams and cultures.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of work experience and a bachelor's degree or higher in computer software or a related field.
- Strong Java programming skills, knowledge of common design patterns and multithreaded programming, and familiarity with Spring, Spring Boot, and MyBatis.
- Understanding of computer principles, data structures, and algorithms.
- Practical experience developing highly available applications using databases, caches, message middleware, and microservices.
- Proficiency with MySQL or Oracle databases and some SQL tuning experience.
- Strong system module analysis and design capabilities.
- English, Mandarin, and Cantonese proficiency, along with effective cross-team and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Passion for technology and a meticulous approach to system quality.
