Responsibilities

Build reporting and monitoring features that operate on data produced by Rubrik products.
Design, implement, and evolve large-scale distributed systems for data collection and analysis.
Collaborate on new reporting features, processing live and historical data.
Develop and optimize SQL queries and address database query issues.
Work on end-to-end project design, including resource usage analysis and performance investigation.
Participate in on-call rotations and collaborate with customer support to resolve issues.

BS/BA degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field, or equivalent experience.
Familiarity with backend or full-stack software development.
Experience in one or more programming languages such as Java, C/C++, Python, Scala, or Go.
Experience with front-end frameworks and technologies like React.JS, Angular.JS, and JavaScript.
Experience building and interacting with APIs (GraphQL, REST, gRPC).
Experience with relational (SQL) databases.
Strong software engineering skills, including design, implementation, and testing.
Excellent communication skills for technical documentation and presentations.
Comfortable working in a cross-geo development team.
