Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build custom demos for prospective customers and deploy production-ready voice AI agents.
- Understand customer workflows, systems, products, policies, and edge cases.
- Debug agent issues, improve performance, and ensure reliable real-world operation.
- Work across pre-sales and post-sales while communicating directly with customers.
- Turn customer feedback into product improvements.
Requirements
- 2–6 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for addressing technical challenges.
- Customer-first mindset with strong communication skills and interest in product design and prioritization.
- Self-motivated ability to work independently.
- Passion for learning and keeping up with current AI advancements.
- Preferred: experience with prompt engineering or AI/LLM-based platforms.
- Preferred: experience with TypeScript, React, Python, Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, or AWS.
