Base Salary
$120k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build custom demos for prospective customers.
- Understand customer workflows, call flows, systems, products, policies, and edge cases.
- Deploy production-ready voice AI agents for enterprise customers.
- Debug edge cases and improve agent performance and reliability.
- Work across pre-sales and post-sales customer engagements.
- Translate customer feedback into product improvements.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for addressing technical challenges.
- Customer-first mindset, strong communication skills, and interest in product design and prioritization.
- Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated.
- Passion for learning and keeping up with the latest AI advancements.
- Preferred: experience with prompt engineering or AI/LLM-based platforms.
- Preferred: experience with TypeScript, React, Python, Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, or AWS.
