Responsibilities
- Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications while adapting features to business needs.
- Manage application releases and preserve compatibility, stability, and performance.
- Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to implement solutions.
- Act as an SME and collaborate with or manage teams.
- Make team decisions and contribute to decisions involving multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to problems affecting multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Monitor application performance and recommend improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Strong understanding of application configuration and support processes.
- Experience with low-code development platforms and APIs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.
- Familiarity with system stability and performance optimization techniques.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
