Responsibilities

  • Develop novel neural decoders to increase BCI control speed and accuracy.
  • Improve BCI reliability and expand functionality through machine learning solutions.
  • Drive successful execution of projects supporting mission-critical goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to design new BCI functionalities and computer user interfaces.

Requirements

  • Evidence of delivering high-impact projects in academia or industry.
  • Prior experience designing and building machine learning models.
  • Deep understanding of machine learning concepts and fundamentals.
  • Experience analyzing complex datasets, deriving insights, and communicating results clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong coding skills focused on clean, efficient, and scalable code development.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with time series or unstructured data is preferred.
