Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product engineers to facilitate quick product shipping and robust abstractions.
- Enhance reliability, security, performance, and cost efficiency for long-running agents.
- Deploy services that function across different environments and cloud platforms.
Requirements
- 9+ years of professional engineering experience in relevant roles.
- Experience leading large-scale backend, platform, or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in backend languages such as Python, Go, Rust, or TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud platforms.
- Ability to abstract complex infrastructure for product engineers.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on security and operational excellence.
