Responsibilities
- Shape the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle across development, testing, deployment, and operations.
- Steer technical teams through complex challenges and guide clients through digital transformation.
- Implement infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and efficient release management strategies.
- Improve system performance and scalability through load testing, caching, database-query optimization, and application-logic improvements.
- Apply modern engineering standards and architectural patterns, including TDD, contract testing, secure coding, event-driven architecture, and platform migration.
- Mentor engineers and create an environment of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and multiple stakeholders on technical and problem-solving activities.
Requirements
- Proven capability in shaping the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle and driving improvements across its phases.
- Ability to implement infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and release management strategies.
- Expertise in performance optimization, scalability, modern engineering standards, and architectural patterns.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills for developing long-term solutions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
