Responsibilities
- Lead delivery and ongoing support of software projects from end to end.
- Contribute to the design of new features for web and mobile web applications.
- Review peer code and advocate for standard methodologies.
- Facilitate engineering discussions and mentor junior engineers.
- Design, deliver, debug, and maintain frontend user interfaces and backend software systems.
- Raise standards for systems design, testing, code quality, and maintainability across the engineering organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience with ES6, React, TypeScript, and GraphQL for web and mobile web applications, plus Python, Java, Node.js, and Go for APIs and services.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases and multiple modern development technologies.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish.
- Must be authorized to work in Mexico.
- Recognized technical leadership with impact beyond the immediate team.
- Experience or transferable skills from non-traditional backgrounds are welcomed.
