Responsibilities
- Provide subject matter expertise, technical guidance, and advisory support in software testing.
- Define and drive testing strategy, planning, methodology, and execution across SIT, UAT, regression, integration, and automation testing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and coordinate testing activities.
- Manage end-to-end testing activities, including planning and execution.
- Drive testing governance, quality metrics, risk management, and release readiness assessments.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience in TOSCA TestSuite, including strong hands-on experience leading functional, integration, SIT, UAT, regression, and automation testing.
- Experience with Tricentis Tosca TestSuite automation is required.
- Experience in SAP testing and understanding of SAP modules, business processes, end-to-end workflows, and system integrations are preferred.
- Experience with test planning, test strategy, test execution, and testing governance is required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills are required.
- Energy-domain experience is advantageous.
- Fifteen years of full-time education is required.
