Responsibilities
- Maintain project work packages and work breakdown structures in Hexagon EcoSys in line with governance requirements.
- Upload and reconcile monthly actuals from integrated financial systems and support monthly and annual period close-out and data backup.
- Create annual business plans, perform annual rollovers, and create or amend reporting structures.
- Configure user screens, access to datasets, data interdependencies, master tables, and EcoSys codes for approved changes.
- Develop, customize, and manage EcoSys reporting and custom modules based on business processes.
- Support change requests, systems development procedures, process documentation, and Quality Management Plan content.
- Develop and update the Hexagon EcoSys User Guide and provide user training and profile setup.
- Collaborate with Project Controls, Commercial, Finance, IT, Quality Management, and program stakeholders.
- Provide technical and reporting support to the Finance and Reporting team, including ad hoc requests.
- Translate use-case and business-case requirements into proposed solutions and assess their business impact.
Requirements
- At least three years of overall professional experience is required.
- At least five years of experience with Hexagon EcoSys is stated as required in the additional information.
- Expertise configuring and customizing Hexagon EcoSys version 8.5 or later and developing custom EcoSys modules.
- Experience implementing EcoSys and training users.
- Understanding of cost analyst processes, including accruals, analysis, actuals, and cost baselines.
- Fundamental knowledge of project management, construction, project controls, and contractor management processes.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Exposure to Primavera Unifier and Primavera P6.
- Programming experience with .NET, SQL, PL/SQL packages, Java, Python, R, web services, REST, SOAP, JSON, and PIF.
- Ability to communicate information effectively in written and verbal form and work collaboratively and independently.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
