Responsibilities
- Design and ship customer-facing and internal web applications.
- Build interfaces, APIs, and durable data models across complete workflows.
- Work directly with salespeople, operators, and manufacturing teams to understand operational workflows.
- Turn ambiguous operational problems into small, testable product releases.
- Improve performance, reliability, testing, observability, and developer tooling.
- Investigate production issues and own fixes through deployment.
- Simplify systems, retire unnecessary complexity, review code, and raise engineering standards.
- Measure whether shipped work improves speed, accuracy, or customer experience.
Requirements
- Demonstrate strong front-end and back-end development skills.
- Own features from discovery through production support.
- Reason carefully about data, state, and business rules.
- Work effectively with technical and operational teams and communicate clearly.
- Be practical, curious, accountable, and comfortable learning unfamiliar domains.
- Preferred experience includes TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, NestJS, or PostgreSQL.
- Preferred domain experience includes manufacturing, logistics, inventory, B2B commerce, or data-intensive and real-time operational tools.
- Comfort using AI tools to build, test, and investigate software is preferred.
