Base Salary
$157k - $184k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and iterate on agentic LLM systems as part of a collaborative engineering team.
- Contribute to evaluation frameworks measuring accuracy, robustness, and clinical reliability.
- Develop backend and frontend systems across Abridge.
- Adopt an agent-first approach and continuously learn agentic coding.
- Prototype with new models and orchestration tools.
- Contribute to monitoring systems for LLM workflows in production.
- Collaborate with ML, infrastructure, product, and clinical teams.
Requirements
- A degree in CS or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on GenAI experience through coursework, projects, or internships.
- Familiarity with LLM orchestration concepts.
- Experience using AI tooling for writing, debugging, and learning.
- Curiosity about model evaluation and reliability.
- Collaborative, low-ego mindset.
