Responsibilities
- Design and build resilient APIs and services for financial operations.
- Own functionality and scalability features from inception to deployment.
- Document functionality for UI and third-party developers.
- Collaborate with global engineering teams to ensure technical consistency.
- Mentor peers through code reviews and best practices education.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience with back-end server-side languages like Golang, TypeScript, Java, or Python.
- Strong skills in algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis.
- Experience with microservices and service-oriented architectures.
- Understanding and interest in cryptocurrencies and the blockchain industry.
- Experience with financial accounting systems like general ledger.
- Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Proficient in RESTful API design.
- Experience with unit and functional testing.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub, CI/CD tools, and project management tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field.
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively learn complex systems.
