Responsibilities
- Lead and advise on UI/UX best practices and standards.
- Build, maintain, and update shared UI components for consistency.
- Educate engineers on UX standards and Design System guidance.
- Support product teams by building new shared patterns.
- Identify and lead large technical projects for system performance.
- Make key technical decisions for product team recommendations.
- Rally cross-functional teams to drive initiatives to completion.
- Address product and technical challenges with impactful solutions.
- Serve as a cultural leader and mentor to elevate team performance.
Requirements
- Over 9 years of industry experience with expertise in technical areas.
- Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives in dynamic environments.
- Mastery in system design and software architecture with a focus on user experience.
- Extensive experience in building tooling for user-facing experiences.
- Expertise in debugging and supporting frontend platform tooling.
- Strong leadership and mentorship experience.
- Excellent communication skills to influence technical decisions.
