Responsibilities

  • Define technical solution initiatives, strategies, architectures, and end-to-end customer solutions aligned with business outcomes.
  • Lead complex solution design, approach definition, design governance, risk identification, and mitigation planning.
  • Develop solution blueprints covering solution elements, operating model, delivery approach, and differentiators.
  • Provide presales consulting, including delivery cost assessment, solution options, benefits analysis, and early customer engagement.
  • Lead customer presentations, articulate solution value, address stakeholder questions, and support deal outcomes.
  • Own proposal solution sections, solution costing, pricing inputs, customer price-book alignment, and bid strategy.
  • Lead bid assurance and solution review forums while ensuring governance, compliance, and formal approval alignment.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of overall experience in a corporate environment.
  • Strong technical, analytical, solutioning, presales, and customer engagement capabilities.
  • Experience with large ADMS deals and ERP/CRM solutions such as SAP, Oracle, or SFDC.
  • Experience shaping and delivering large, strategic, complex multi-tower deals, including solution development and techno-commercial propositioning.
  • Experience leading customer oral presentations and stakeholder discussions.
  • Demonstrated experience working on at least 4–6 large and complex deals.
  • Understanding of established architecture frameworks and solution governance practices.
