Base Salary
$169k - $254k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead and direct cross-functional engineering teams during a program’s EMD phase.
- Develop and execute project budgets and schedules, including EVMS, critical path management, EACs, and workload forecasts.
- Lead staffing efforts, coordinate bench-time priorities, and maintain delivery schedules.
- Manage Jira boards, track progress and issues, and document and resolve blockers.
- Support proposal development and new program acquisition efforts.
- Interpret assigned statements of work and communicate project requirements to suppliers.
- Brief internal and external customer leadership on assigned work progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with 12 years of related experience, master’s degree with 10 years, or Ph.D. with 8 years.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Active Secret clearance is required to start, with the ability to obtain and maintain SAP access.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Control Account Manager managing EVMS projects.
- At least 8 years of experience with real-time embedded software.
- At least 10 years of full software lifecycle experience, including specification, design, implementation, integration, debugging, and maintenance.
- Preferred qualifications include EMD program experience, radar mode development knowledge, project scheduling expertise, Atlassian tool experience, and advanced Microsoft Excel macro, function, and pivot proficiency.
