Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Architect, optimize, and support the cloud-based communication and contact center ecosystem.
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert for NICE CXone.
- Enhance complex existing architectures and system performance.
- Drive seamless integrations across enterprise platforms.
- Lead adoption of next-generation AI and voice technologies.
- Provide high-level mentorship to engineering teams.
- Lead root-cause resolution for major events across the contact center environment.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise with NICE CXone and cloud-based communication ecosystems.
- Experience working with complex existing architectures, system optimization, and enterprise integrations.
- Ability to lead root-cause resolution for major technical events.
- Ability to provide high-level mentorship and technical leadership in a dynamic environment.
