Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with account teams to assess customer network, data center, cloud, and infrastructure environments.
- Design and propose tailored infrastructure and network solutions aligned with customer business objectives and budgets.
- Support sales teams with consultative technical expertise, solution selling, presentations, negotiation, and opportunity identification.
- Provide product training, technical education, and network solution-selling training to sales teams and customers.
- Build and maintain technical relationships with OEMs, strategic partners, emerging partners, and customers.
- Act as a trusted IT advisor and engage customer stakeholders including CIOs, IT Directors, and CTOs.
- Manage the solution practice pipeline, develop strategies for top prospects, and acquire new business.
- Identify technology opportunities across data center, cloud, network, security, collaboration, and services.
- Stay current on network products, technologies, and partner offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required.
- At least 2 years of experience with Cisco networking products, including switches, routers, wireless, Nexus, and Meraki.
- Familiarity with Cisco Commerce Workspace (CCW).
- Strong knowledge of route/switch, LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, cloud edge, virtual networking, secure access, and network visibility solutions.
- Experience with software-defined networking technologies including SDDC, SD-WAN, SASE, and SSE.
- Ability to communicate and sell complex technical products or services by understanding customer needs and articulating value propositions.
- Intermediate expertise with comparable products from vendors such as Aruba, Juniper, HPE, and Arista.
- Ability to travel to SHI, partner, and customer events.
- Advanced certifications such as CCIE, CCNP, JNCIE, JNCIP, CASX, or ACSP are noted.
