Base Salary
$179k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define product strategy and drive execution from conception and research through implementation and maintenance.
- Evolve Developer Platform capabilities across APIs, MCP tools, and integration infrastructure.
- Build tools and platform experiences that help customers automate workflows, customize Notion, and connect external tools and data.
- Improve the performance, reliability, robustness, flexibility, and scalability of Notion’s core systems.
- Partner with engineering leaders on high-leverage technical investments and collaborate with cross-functional product, design, data science, and user research teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience shipping production software with a strong track record of owning features end-to-end.
- Fluency with TypeScript across backend and frontend development.
- Strong product instincts and the ability to turn vague problems into practical technical approaches while managing scope.
- Ability and willingness to adopt AI tools, without requiring deep AI expertise.
- Preferred: experience building developer tools such as APIs and SDKs.
- Preferred: experience driving teams toward shared goals while balancing business priorities and individual strengths, interests, and career development.
- Preferred: familiarity with AI or agent tooling, evaluations, or LLM-driven product experiences.
