Base Salary
$195k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build new user-facing experiences for the Customer Support platform.
- Scale internal infrastructure to handle complex support needs.
- Design and implement AI-powered automations for customer issue resolution.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into clear technical solutions.
- Drive delivery and experimentation of solutions end to end.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive team culture.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-time software engineering experience in high growth startups.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven track record of building end-to-end product experiences and scaling backend systems.
- Experience with Python, Elixir, and/or Postgres is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
- Proactive team leadership and ownership mindset.
