Responsibilities
- Build and maintain data architectures and pipelines for transferring and processing durable, complete, and consistent data.
- Design and implement data warehouses and data lakes that support required data volumes, velocity, and security measures.
- Develop processing and analysis algorithms suited to data complexity and volume.
- Administer, support, install, configure, upgrade, patch, and migrate SAP BusinessObjects platforms.
- Troubleshoot SQL and database issues and support enterprise BI platform operations.
- Build and manage robust, scalable, and secure infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
- Collaborate with data scientists to build and deploy machine learning models.
- Lead complex assignments, guide team members, advise stakeholders, and support risk, controls, governance, and policy development.
Requirements
- Strong experience in SAP BusinessObjects Administration and Support.
- Hands-on experience administering the SAP BO BI 4.x platform.
- In-depth knowledge of Central Management Console, File Repository Server, and Information Design Tool.
- Experience with SAP BusinessObjects installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and migrations.
- Good understanding of Windows Server administration and Linux/Unix operating systems.
- Strong SQL and database troubleshooting skills.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, Snowflake, and Databricks platforms.
- Familiarity with ITIL-based support frameworks.
- Experience with SAP BusinessObjects BI 2025 upgrade projects is highly valued.
- Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik is highly valued.
- Experience with PowerShell, Python, or Shell Scripting automation is highly valued.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and release automation is highly valued.
- Ability to perform complex analysis, communicate complex information, influence stakeholders, and manage risk and controls.
