Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain AWS and on-premises cloud infrastructure as code using Terraform, Ansible, and Helm.
- Deploy and manage applications on Kubernetes and containerized environments including EKS and EKS Auto Mode.
- Build and support CI/CD pipelines and integrate commercial and open-source tools into secure or cleared environments.
- Create monitoring, metrics, and logging dashboards to track system health and performance.
- Automate and troubleshoot Linux systems at scale using Python and Bash.
- Remediate security vulnerabilities and apply DevSecOps practices to infrastructure and release processes.
- Configure and harden cloud and on-premises systems to meet security compliance standards.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI access and willingness to obtain a CI Polygraph.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Security+ certification and proficiency with Linux, Chef, system hardening, scripting, automation, integration, AWS, and Ansible.
- Experience deploying cloud infrastructure with Terraform, Ansible, and Helm.
- Experience with containerized environments including EKS, EKS Auto Mode, and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of cloud versus on-premises deployments and resource configuration across both environments.
- Knowledge of servers, networking, storage, virtualization, AWS architecture, DevSecOps, cloud metrics, logging dashboards, and Linux troubleshooting is preferred.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, GitLab, Artifactory, and Helm is preferred.
