Base Salary
$122k - $163k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement enterprise Identity Governance & Administration solutions for workforce, contractor, and third-party identities.
- Design identity lifecycle processes, including joiner, mover, leaver, provisioning, deprovisioning, and access request workflows.
- Develop governance frameworks for RBAC, access certifications, segregation of duties, and policy enforcement.
- Design, build, configure, test, and deploy SailPoint ISC integrations using REST APIs, SCIM, JDBC, LDAP, Active Directory, and custom connector frameworks.
- Deliver application onboarding, account aggregation, entitlement management, access profiles, roles, and provisioning policies.
- Automate provisioning and deprovisioning across SaaS, on-premises, hybrid, and cloud applications.
- Troubleshoot identity synchronization, correlation, aggregation, certification, and provisioning issues.
- Translate business requirements into identity security controls and governance models with business, compliance, audit, and technology stakeholders.
- Lead identity transformation, Zero Trust, Privileged Access Management, modernization, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, identity and access management, identity governance, or enterprise security architecture.
- 7+ years of experience with SailPoint ISC or SailPoint IIQ.
- 5+ years of experience supporting Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
- 3+ years of experience developing enterprise architecture roadmaps and target-state identity security strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience architecting and implementing enterprise IGA platforms and integration architectures using SCIM, REST APIs, LDAP, Active Directory, HR systems, and cloud applications.
- Ability to influence senior technical and business stakeholders in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Preferred experience with identity security automation, workflow orchestration, identity governance operating models, architecture standards, DevSecOps, security architecture governance, and cloud-native security controls.
- Preferred certifications include CISSP, SailPoint, or related credentials.
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other highly regulated industries and experience mentoring architects and leading cross-functional transformation programs are preferred.
- Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture, Privileged Access Management, SOX, and HIPAA is preferred.
