Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for web applications using Playwright.
- Create and maintain readable BDD test scenarios using Cucumber, SpecFlow, or similar tools.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, track them in ticketing applications, and verify resolutions.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines to enable automatic test execution.
- Maintain test documentation and report testing progress, outcomes, and risks.
- Perform test case development, execution, verification, validation evidence collection, and validation reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead individual projects and act as the primary testing contact and escalation point.
- Provide guidance and set priorities for test engineers on projects.
- Support test case management and ongoing process improvement.
Requirements
- Requires 4–6 years of experience in software testing or Quality Assurance.
- Requires experience with Playwright.
- Requires familiarity with at least one programming language, such as Java, C#, or TypeScript.
- Requires a basic understanding of software testing concepts, including manual and automated testing.
- Requires a basic understanding of web applications.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and databases is advantageous.
- Requires a completed degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Self-motivated, curious, and proactive approach.
