Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement mission-critical tools and applications for scalable, high-performance production environments.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for C++ and C# development environments using Azure DevOps, MS Build scripts, Python, and build systems.
- Automate infrastructure and software processes with Ansible or Terraform.
- Manage Podman-based containerized environments and create and test Windows and Linux images.
- Implement monitoring and alerting systems using Sensu, Splunk, Logstash, or Nagios.
- Plan and execute software and infrastructure upgrades using capacity planning and performance data.
- Manage configuration, variants, version control, and release processes with Git, TFVC, and Jira.
- Improve developer workflows through scalable CI/CD processes, containerization, and virtualization.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and provide domain expertise for internal systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Expert skills in Linux, networking, storage, and virtualization.
- Proficiency in Python scripting; Shell and Golang are beneficial.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and experience designing pipelines using GitHub or GitLab.
- Familiarity with Makefiles, CMake, Bazel, Git, and release management tools.
- Experience managing software and infrastructure upgrades with a focus on scalability and performance.
- Experience setting up and supporting C++ and C# development environments.
- Embedded systems development experience is beneficial.
- Strong English communication skills; Swedish is an advantage.
