Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, reliable, and maintainable software solutions.
- Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into architectural and software designs.
- Write code and develop prototypes using real code and data to validate designs.
- Serve as a subject matter expert who unblocks software engineers.
- Conduct technical reviews and guide engineers throughout software development.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues across the software development lifecycle.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies and frameworks for project requirements.
- Lead the design and implementation of complex software components and systems.
- Mentor and coach Tech Leads and software engineers.
Requirements
- Require 12–18 years of experience and a BTech or MTech in Computer Science.
- Require experience as a Software Architect or similar role, including 10+ years in product development.
- Require 10+ years of experience with core Java and advanced features such as streams, functional programming, and virtual threads.
- Require 5+ years of experience with Spring Boot and associated Spring features.
- Require 4+ years contributing to HLD and LLD, code reviews, and coding practices such as clean code and SOLID principles.
- Require 4+ years building or driving microservices-based architectures or large-scale systems.
- Require strong algorithms and data-structures knowledge.
- Require experience with workflow frameworks such as Temporal or Apache Airflow.
- Require experience with reactive programming.
- Semiconductor domain knowledge is preferred.
- Experience designing, prototyping, implementing, and testing software and computer vision machine learning algorithms in Python is preferred.
- Experience with scikit-image, TensorFlow, and PyTorch is preferred.
