Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, test, and deploy Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing applications.
- Develop complex integrations with on-premise and cloud-based applications.
- Use Oracle Utilities Application Framework components, Groovy scripting, Java, and related technologies to customize Oracle Utilities products.
- Perform performance tuning, maintain coding standards, and resolve defects through root-cause analysis.
- Act as a subject matter expert for solution decisions, technical reviews, design oversight, and development guidance.
- Provide technical documentation, implementation support, and technical guidance to development teams.
- Coordinate with vendor support, customers, project managers, architects, and other stakeholders.
- Support delivery and management of Oracle Utilities projects while maintaining implementation guidelines and standards.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience is required.
- Experience with Oracle CC&B technical architecture is required.
- Experience delivering and managing Oracle Utilities projects and maintaining implementation standards.
- Deep knowledge of Oracle Utilities platforms, integrations, and scalable implementation practices.
- Hands-on experience with the Oracle Utilities Application Framework and at least 2 to 3 project implementations.
- Hands-on experience with Groovy scripting and Java.
- Experience designing and developing applications using Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing SPL.
- Experience creating technical documentation for application design and development.
- Strong software engineering, analytical, troubleshooting, and performance-tuning skills.
- Experience working through design and testing issues; fuel or multi-fuel experience is a plus.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education; an engineering degree is a plus.
