Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for API, backend, and system-level testing.
- Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines with quality gates and reporting.
- Develop reusable test data frameworks and provide continuous validation and feedback for high-quality releases.
- Support performance and load testing, identify bottlenecks, and validate system behavior.
- Collaborate with development, product, and DevOps teams to improve reliability and scalability.
- Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release activities within Agile/SAFe teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in software testing, automation, or quality engineering.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience developing and maintaining test automation frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
- Understanding of APIs and distributed systems.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Preferred: experience with JMeter, K6, or Gatling for performance testing.
- Preferred: exposure to Azure cloud platforms.
- Preferred: basic exposure to AI-assisted testing or intelligent automation tools.
