Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of enterprise LMS, HRIS, and talent management platforms.
- Configure workflows, permissions, user roles, dashboards, reporting, and business processes.
- Design and implement low-code/no-code solutions, workflows, automations, and enterprise integrations.
- Gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate stakeholder needs into technical solutions.
- Support data migration, validation, testing, deployment, user training, change management, and release management.
- Build and support staging, testing, and production environments.
- Analyze system performance, user adoption metrics, and business outcomes for continuous improvement.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to implementation teams and support client modernization initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience implementing and configuring enterprise LMS, HRIS, or talent management systems in cloud-based environments.
- Experience leading system configuration, testing, deployment, data migration, and user training activities.
- Experience developing applications, workflows, automations, or integrations with low-code/no-code and SaaS platforms.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, ServiceNow, Cornerstone OnDemand, or Salesforce.
- Experience conducting requirements gathering, business process analysis, and technical solution design.
- Experience supporting digital transformation, process modernization, or enterprise technology adoption initiatives.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments and collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance and a bachelor’s degree.
- Preferred qualifications include federal government professional services experience, SaaS integration experience, client-site collaboration skills, leadership and analytical skills, strong verbal and written communication, a relevant master’s degree, and project management certification.
