Base Salary
$145k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship product features and platform improvements across the tech stack.
- Utilize AI tooling to enhance development speed and code quality.
- Own the end-to-end development lifecycle from scoping to production.
- Produce maintainable code with a strong emphasis on testing.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Data, and business stakeholders.
- Engage directly with customers to understand their workflows and needs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Active use of AI tools in daily workflow for development.
- Experience in building and shipping web applications with business impact.
- Solid understanding of full-stack development, including Next.js, React, Rails, PostgreSQL, and GraphQL.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
