Responsibilities

Become a core member of the account team, partnering closely with Sales and Customer Success.
Articulate Chainalysis product offerings to prospects, ensuring they comprehend how our solutions add value.
Craft tailored demos and proof of values to highlight the value of Chainalysis solutions.
Lead discovery sessions to uncover client pain points and effectively capture requirements.
Design customer-specific solutions and collaborate internally to address product feedback.
Provide guidance on technical challenges, including architecture, API implementation, and workflow design.
Align closely with product and engineering teams to prioritize field feedback.
Represent Chainalysis at industry events and conferences.

Multiple years of experience in Financial Services, Global Cryptocurrency Exchange, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architect, or Product Manager roles.
Ability to translate complex topics into understandable concepts.
Excellent storytelling skills for presenting to diverse audiences.
Creative and logical problem-solving approach.
Interest in blockchain technology and a desire to continuously learn.
Strong understanding of APIs and SQL query writing, with hands-on experience in integration and data manipulation.
Based in the New York City area with the ability to travel locally.
