Responsibilities
- Design and implement IAM platforms with a focus on scalability and security.
- Deliver secrets management solutions for secure storage and access control.
- Create user-to-service and service-to-service authentication systems.
- Develop standards-compliant identity providers and federation services.
- Implement authorization systems supporting least-privilege and zero-trust principles.
- Promote IAM standards and reusable patterns for secure identity practices.
- Translate identity and security risks into actionable technical requirements.
- Mature IAM capabilities by identifying gaps and driving improvements.
- Contribute to multiple security domains intersecting with identity.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in IAM or security engineering.
- Experience implementing secrets management and authentication systems.
- Understanding of IAM architectures and security design principles.
- Knowledge of modern IAM technologies and troubleshooting identity flows.
- Strong experience with security best practices and identity-related threats.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and cloud security concepts.
- Ability to translate complex risks into clear technical guidance.
- Proficiency in reading and writing Python.
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM field.
