Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and integrate custom software components across systems and applications.
- Develop reusable Salesforce Lightning Web Components for complex applications.
- Optimize component performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Lead coordination of project activities to support timely delivery.
- Mentor junior team members and facilitate stakeholder communication.
- Provide solutions for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components is required.
- Experience developing reusable components and integrating them into complex applications.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies and frameworks related to Salesforce development.
- Ability to optimize component performance and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and version control systems.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
