Responsibilities
- Drive updates to core products and ship customer-facing features.
- Develop full-stack solutions end to end using the company’s technology stack.
- Contribute to architecture decisions, code reviews, and technical guidance.
- Experiment with AI tools such as Claude Code and share findings with the team.
- Act as a senior technical voice, unblock teammates, and answer technical questions.
- Maintain documentation and improve engineering practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of senior software development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Strong full-stack development skills and the ability to build secure, scalable, and high-performance systems.
- Experience with or comfort using AI tools such as Claude Code.
- Product mindset, stakeholder communication skills, and ability to work independently.
- Based in or near Eindhoven and able to work from the office three days per week.
- Interest in games, game servers, and server-side systems.
- Deep system design knowledge, including trade-offs, high concurrency, and large data loads.
- Preferred: cloud infrastructure or game-server orchestration experience.
- Preferred: experience leading or growing a small technical team.
- Preferred: Linux terminal, networking, bare-metal, IT, or systems administration experience.
- Preferred: gaming-industry familiarity and experience with the company’s technology stack.
